ADJUSTMENT FACTORS

Many universities have schemes which provide adjustment points to your ATAR or hold positions for students who have had their learning negatively affected during Yr 11 & Yr 12. Factors which may affect your overall results might include but are not limited to disrupted schooling, financial hardship, severe family disruption, excessive family responsibility, English language difficulty, personal illness/disability, refugee status, school environment, SEIFA indexes. To be considered for these schemes you will need to complete a TAC application & in some cases an additional application (sometimes called an EAS or SEAS) as well as provide supporting documentation. Click on the state your university is in for more information.
